Biography

Since leaving High School I have been married twice. I have three children, two stepsons and ten grandchildren.

To say the least, it has been a wondrous and sometimes rocky road.

My first husband and I were married in 1961. We had three children together, but our marriage was short lived. We separated and divorced in 1967.

Being a single mom has a lot of challenges, most of them good! During this period of time, I worked for Rochester Products (General Motors). I had many different jobs there. One of the most challenging was being the first woman supervisor in an assembly area. The year was 1972, (I think that says it all). I also worked as an Industrial Engineer (schooling at RIT and GMI).

While working at Rochester Products, I met and married my husband Brian. Brian is a retired Marine Corps Lt. Col. He was a helicopter pilot. After leaving active duty in the Marine Corps, he took a job with Rochester Products. He was a Plant superintendant as well as an Overseas New Products Ventures Manager until he retired in 1991.

Brian and I were married in 1981. We lived in Geneseo, NY until I retired in 1993. Since that time we live in Tucson, AZ and Cape Vincent, NY.

We enjoy visiting family and friends, as well as playing golf.

Our children and grandchildren are all well (praise God!).

Life is good!
